State and federal wildlife officials are investigating several cases in which pet dogs were poisoned in Northern Wisconsin.

Pet dogs, coyotes, weasels, raccoons and at least one wolf have been found dead. USF&WS and WDNR suspect poison traps were set out to kill gray wolves. It’s under investigation at this point.
