Gray Wolves Need Your Help…

Congress’s Fiscal Year 18 spending bill has provisions that will remove ESA protections for gray wolves in the Great Lakes.

In Congress both the House and Senate versions include language that will remove federal Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves in Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Further, the provision would bar judicial review of the action. This language overrides a federal appeals court ruling last year that maintained protections for wolves in the western Great Lakes region.

Urgent: action is needed to keep Gray wolves protected.

Urge them to reject these harmful provisions being added in the spending bill, and to keep Gray wolves protected under the ESA.

It’s up to you to save Gray wolves from states with proven track records of unusually cruel treatment of an endangered species; only Wisconsin allows hound hunters to use unleashed packs of dogs to hunt wolves.

At his best, man is the noblest of all animals; separated from law and justice he is the worst.  ~Aristotle

wolves have a right to life given ofGod and purpose in the interconnected ecosystems they live in and dwell according to nature that all life may continue. They are not here for the purpose of hounding with dogs by backward thinking hilly billies , that cannot even begin to understand the workings of the creator, nor are the expendable to be extincted as with them all life in the chain will become extinct also. These people have narrow minds , with no expansion to understand anything bigger than self . wolves are part of the vital chain and ultimately vital. hounders and trophy hunters arent necessary and are animal abusers and pointless murderers.

There are so many reasons to love wolves. Honestly, if you love dogs, it’s only natural. Wolves are essential for our ecosystem, as they prey on the weak and sick animals, thereby taking care of the whole chronic wasting disease problem. These are highly intelligent, loving souls who deserve to live their lives in peace just like anyone else. They mate for life, grieve the loss of another pack member, raise and love their pups, and they let the old, lame, wolves lead the pack, and set the pace. If people would stop with the theatrics of Hollywood/Big Bad Wolf mindset, they would see what wolf lovers see.

I purposely block out their face because it’s about the bigger picture. And not about fighting with hunters. We must rise above and work hard to change the laws.

It’s a shame that wolves have more “humanity” than many or most people. Boycott Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Michigan and Alaska as long as they allow or condone wolf killing. Stop eating beef. Ranchers are the prime impetus on the war on wolves. We also must vote the federal, state and local politicians out of office that support this slaughter. Let’s make these cruel politicians endangered species (be they republicans or democrats).
